Awfaz Global School is seeking an experienced and qualified Secondary English Teacher to join our team immediately.

Candidates must currently be based in Doha, Qatar and available for immediate joining.

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic educator with strong experience in teaching IGCSE and AS Level Science, who can deliver engaging, student-centred lessons and contribute positively to the wider school community.

Essential Requirements:

• 
  

  Bachelor’s degree in English or a related subject, with a recognized teaching qualification such as B.Ed., PGCE or QTS

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 5 years of recent teaching experience

  
  


• 
  

  Proven experience teaching IGCSE and AS Level Science

  
  


• 
  

  Good knowledge of the Cambridge curriculum, assessment requirements and examination preparation

  
  


• 
  

  Experience supporting students for whom English is an Additional Language (EAL)

  
  


• 
  

  Strong classroom management and student engagement skills

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  
  


• 
  

  Commitment to professional development and continuous improvement

  
  


• 
  

  Currently residing in Doha, Qatar
