The Secondary School is currently open to studentsin Grades 6 to 11 and will open Grade 12 in August 2024. We offer ahigh quality, bespoke, International Curriculum in Grades 6, 7 and8. In Grades 9 and 10, our students begin the High School Diplomaand we aim to offer two pathways in Grades 11 and 12: the HighSchool Diploma and the IB Diploma. About the role We are looking toappoint an exceptional PE teacher to join our amazing team who:· Has experience in teaching PE from Grade 6 –12 · Brings a wealth of experience in a range of sports· Is passionate about teaching and learning with acommitment to continuous improvement · Will be committedto the vision of igniting passion, purpose and potential in ourstudents · Can contribute to the development of the PEDepartment offering creative opportunities to enrich the learningexperience of students at THIS · Has experience ofplanning and curriculum development · Adapts thecurriculum to fit student needs while maintaining overall classprogress · Assesses and records student development,while identifying problem areas and areas which need attention andimprovement · Has excellent communication skills withstudents, colleagues, parents, and school leaders ·Maintains high levels of behaviour among students, while promotingsafety and compliance with school rules and guidelines ·Is passionate about learning beyond the curriculum What our schooloffers
