An established organization is seeking an experienced Security Supervisor to oversee security personnel and ensure the effective delivery of security operations across commercial facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise security officers during assigned shifts.
• Monitor access control and CCTV operations.
• Conduct routine patrols and inspections.
• Manage incident reporting and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Coordinate emergency response activities.
• Train and mentor security staff.
• Prepare operational reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years' experience in the security industry.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• Able to attend client interviews before deployment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred

• Security-related certifications.
• First Aid Certificate.
• Valid Qatar Driving Licence.
