ROLE OBJECTIVE

• Ensure the proper functioning of Accounting, Auditing & Finance Processes
• Take a leading in role in doing day to day Accounting & Financial functions.

DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Allocation and Overseeing of day to day Accounting & Financial Functions.
• Monthly & Yearly Accounts Closing Management.
• Banking and Treasury Management.
• Preparation of Payroll.
• Payroll WPS preparation and Verification.
• Receivables Follow Up.
• Accounts Payables Management.
• Verification of Revenue.
• Verification of Entries & Transactions.
• Verification of Bank Reconciliation.
• Verification and Analysis of Monthly Reports.
• Verification & Approval of Cash Claims.
• Asset List Management & Posting Monthly Depreciation.
• Daily Cashflow review.
• Verification of Staff Leave Dues.
• Verification of Airfare Requests & Calculations.
• Supplier Accounts Reconciliations.
• Verification of Commission & Overtime.
• Verification of Chart of accounts and Monthly TB.
• Preparation of Supporting Documents for Contracts Invoicing.
• Calculation of Employees End of Service Benefits.
• Verification & Approval of Cash Claims.
• Daily Cashflow Reconciliation.

YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

• 5-7 years of experience within Financial Accounting.
