Job Description - Senior Application Expert - Administration Expert/Analyst Expert

Looking for a highly skilled professional to manage and support enterprise -level applications, ensuring system stability, performance optimization, and continuous improvement. The role involves analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions and system enhancements, overseeing configuration, upgrades, and patch management, and troubleshooting complex application issues. The candidate will manage system integrations and APIs, coordinate with vendors and cross -functional teams, ensure adherence to ITIL processes, maintain proper documentation, and align application services with overall business objectives.

Requirements

- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in enterprise application administration, analysis, and support.

- Strong expertise in managing and optimizing ERP / HRMS / CRM / enterprise -level business applications.

- Proven experience in system configuration, upgrades, patch management, and performance tuning.

- Hands -on experience with SQL, data analysis, reporting, and application troubleshooting.

- Solid understanding of system integrations (APIs), middleware, and database management.

- Experience working within ITIL frameworks (incident, problem, and change management).

- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into system enhancements and solutions.

- Strong stakeholder coordination, documentation, and vendor management skills.
