JOBDESCRIPTION: Software Trainer & Service Desk Analyst(Salarystarting at$70K)

Thisperson will own the software training programs, includingdeveloping training materials, building a learning managementsystem, and will be responsible for training new hires internallyas well as external customers in person and

Theideal candidate will be polished, professional, have a positive,upbeat attitude, and have previous software training experienceworking in a similar type of work
Theperfect fit will have a balance of instructional design &training, communication, organization, technical and people
Hands-onexperience with Windows 10, Office 365,WorldoxorNetDocs,Kofax PDF Pro, Citrix Sharefile, HP laptop / desktop computers, iOS/ Android smartphones, Digital dictation, . VoIP phones, Mac o/s,HP printers and will behelpful
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ownthe overall software trainingprograms
HelpdeskRequests
Learningall facets of the WWHGD software and relatedproducts
Developan internal employee training program and administerit
Provideone-on-one training with customers in person andremotely
Developerand maintain articles in knowledgebases
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
HighSchool graduate or highereducation/trainingand/or equivalent working
Abilityto prioritize effectively and handle shifting priorities
Abilityto balance empathy and accountability with a client, to executeeffective training
StrongInterpersonal skills for both compassion for customers and ateam-first attitude withteammates
Instructionaldesign and technical documentation skills for developing trainingcontent
Excellentwritten and verbalcommunication
Excellentorganization skills anddetail-oriented
Abilityto learn new software and then teach it toothers
QUALIFICATIONS High School graduate or higher education/trainingand/or equivalent working Proven, prior software trainer experience( 5 years). Ability to prioritize effectively and handle shiftingpriorities Ability to balance empathy and accountability with aclient, to execute effective training Strong Interpersonal skillsfor both compassion for customers and a team-first attitude withteammates Instructional design and technical documentation skillsfor developing training content Excellent written and verbalcommunication Excellent organization skills and detail-orientedAbility to learn new software and then teach it toothers
