Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Senior Draftsman to lead the preparation, coordination, and management of structural, architectural, and landscaping drawings, submittals, and schedules. This role involves creating and reviewing high-quality, error-free shop drawings using CAD software, ensuring alignment with project specifications and coordination with architectural teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed technical drawings, plans, and diagrams using CAD software based on sketches and specifications.
- Review and revise drawings for accuracy, compliance with industry standards, building codes, and project requirements.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to align designs and resolve conflicts.
- Mentor and guide junior draftsmen, fostering team productivity and sharing best practices.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure error-free drafts and implement corrective measures.
- Manage and organize drawing files and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
- Oversee production, printing, and timely delivery of drawings to meet project milestones.
- Stay updated on CAD advancements, drafting techniques, and industry trends to enhance workflows.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as a Senior Draftsman in architectural, civil, or landscaping projects.
- Proficiency in CAD software and knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
