Senior Engineer

We are seeking a Senior
Engineer who will be responsible for managing and supporting key
electrical bulk customer accounts by providing technical expertise, ensuring
reliable service delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. The
role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted electrical supply, resolving technical
and operational issues, supporting bulk metering and distribution requirements,
and maintaining compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and
service level agreements.

Key
Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong
  relationships with key electrical bulk customers to ensure customer
  satisfaction and service continuity.
  
• Provide technical support and
  engineering solutions for bulk electrical customers, including load
  requirements, metering systems, and distribution arrangements.
  
• Coordinate installation,
  operation, inspection, and maintenance activities related to bulk
  electrical connections and metering systems.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve
  electrical issues affecting key customers, ensuring minimal disruption and
  timely resolution.
  
• Ensure timely delivery and
  quality of bulk electrical services in line with approved service
  standards and SLAs.
  
• Coordinate with internal
  electrical, metering, operations, customer service, and maintenance teams
  to address customer requirements and operational issues.
  
• Review customer service
  requests, complaints, technical submissions, and bulk supply -related
  requirements.
  
• Ensure all activities comply
  with company electrical standards, safety regulations, ISO requirements,
  risk management procedures, and corporate health and safety policies.
  
• Prepare technical reports,
  performance updates, issue summaries, and service improvement
  recommendations related to key accounts.
  
• Maintain accurate documentation
  and records of customer interactions, technical activities, service
  requests, complaints, and resolutions.
  
• Support continuous improvement
  initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency for key
  customers.
  
• Perform any other duties
  assigned by the supervisor or management.
  

Requirements

Qualification
Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical
  Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  
• Minimum 12 years of relevant
  experience in electrical engineering, preferably within utility key
  accounts, bulk electrical supply, distribution, or metering operations.
  
• Strong knowledge of electrical
  distribution systems, bulk supply arrangements, and metering systems.
  
• Experience in managing key
  customer accounts and maintaining professional client relationships.
  
• Good understanding of electrical
  safety standards, regulations, utility practices, and operational
  procedures.
  
• Knowledge of ISO standards, risk
  management, and corporate health and safety requirements is preferred.

  environments with strict safety, quality, and compliance requirements.
