Senior Marketing Manager

Promotes on-brand messaging to customersthrough traditional, digital, and social media channels with thegoal of driving revenue and supporting total hotel goals. Buildsdirect marketing plans, targeted campaigns and activated channelsto drive consumer awareness and preference thereby increasingmarket share and building broader portfolio and brand awareness.Showcases Food and Beverage promotions, both to hotel guests and tolocal patrons. Connects into resources in the region. Liaises andbuilds deep partnerships with their regional eCommerce andMarketing teams to verify all local, social, and digital marketingefforts are effectively integrated with the selling efforts for theorganization. Develops and executes basic marketing strategy acrossmultiple outlets and for the positioning and pull-through ofcontinent strategy that align with hotel goals. Supports andimplements marketing strategies designed to drive topline revenueand achieve RevPar/share-of-wallet goals. Manages all internal andexternal communication, digital presence, including but not limitedto property website, third party channels and social media whilemaintaining brand integrity. Activates incremental marketingopportunities ranging from partnerships, third-party sites andCVBs. Reports out on campaign performance to SMR (Sales, Marketing& Revenue Management) leadership as requested. CANDIDATEPROFILE Education and ExperienceRequired: 

• 2-year degree froman accredited university in Marketing, Public Relations, BusinessAdministration or related major and 4 years experience in thesales, marketing, digital or related professional area; hospitalitymarketing or digital advertising experience preferredOR 
• 4-year bachelor's degreein Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or related major; 2 yearsexperience in the sales, marketing, digital or related professionalarea; hospitality marketing or digital advertising agencyexperience preferred. CORE WORK ACTIVITIES Marketing andDigital 
• Develops and executes theoverarching marketing strategy from marketing plans to budgets forhotel/group of hotels that align with business priorities, withsupport and consultation of the GeneralManager(s). 
• Cultivates partnershipwith and active participation in demand generation strategydevelopment (SMR). 
• Reconcilesmarketing plan monthly with accruals, forecast in conjunction withDirector of Finance. 
• Leads and/orpartners with Hotel Operations to conceptualize/executeproperty-level Programming and Activation, based on brandguidelines. 
• Serves as the hotel(s)brand guardian / liaison, verifying all marketing reflects brandvoice. Leads the strategic pull-through of continent and brandpromotions and campaigns. 
• Partnerswith Revenue Management to develop and execute promotionalstrategy. 
• Develops and managesproperty email marketing strategy, digital strategy across masterdegree and Third-Party sites, paid media campaigns and performanceand verifies proper execution. 
•Supports group lead generationefforts. 
• Runs, reviews, analyzes andclearly articulates to stakeholders’ key reports andadjust strategy accordingly. 
• Managesinternal and external partners to verify deliverables are executedto support hotel strategy. 
• Developsannual digital marketing plan to maximize hotel revenue productionand identify digital marketing opportunities on third party andlocal partner sites.
