Senior Mechanical Engineer

This is a great opportunity to join KEO as a Senior Mechanical Engineer within our Technical Services team, conducting in-house design reviews, evaluating constructability issues, and putting into practice your project management abilities on high-rise and large mixed-use projects throughout the GCC.

Preference will be given to qualified candidates who are able to demonstrate experience the following:
• Reviewing, approving and processing all mechanical technical design submittals on large, complex, buildings projects.
• Working on-site to resolve constructability issues and assisting with final inspection of completed work.
• Assessing the integrity of a design with respect to completeness and practicality.
• Involvement with both Design production and contracting in Technical Services.
• Varied and in-depth knowledge of all aspects of mechanical engineering, both technical and contractual.
• Ability to adapt to and solve problems around local regulations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience and a successful track record managing mechanical design and construction of major projects.
• Registration with a professional engineering society or other recognized body is required.
• Gulf experience is beneficial but is not a prerequisite.
