We are hunting Procurement Officer on behalf of our client. The role holder proactively manages contract renewal, amendment and termination by liaising with relevant stakeholders within organization for timely approval and action, considering key issues such as but not limited to IPR (Intellectual property rights), Withholding tax, confidentiality, liability VAT and other related matters in the context of Company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Implement KPI’s and best practices for Senior Officer - Procurement Contracts Management.
- Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimize cost, avoid waste and optimize benefits for the bank.
- Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent.
- Manage and maintain all procurement contracts systematically in bank contracts management system as well other manual and shared systems, ensuring key contract information is updated and available for use by members of the team.
- Prepare contract drats in conjunction with relevant stakeholders, sourcing team members and suppliers.
- Provide input to head of procurement sourcing on possible improvements to internal processes & policies based on working experiences and knowledge.
Requirements:
- Must be an Arabic speaker and good in writing.
- At least 4 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international bank.
- Experience in Contract Management.

Pay: QAR12,000.00 - QAR16,000.00 per month
