Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
ï· Regularly visit system integrators, panel builders, and other key clients to
maintain strong business relationships.
ï· Understand client requirements, offer tailored solutions, and provide
technical support when needed.
ï· Receive RFQs, coordinate with internal teams for pricing, and ensure timely
submission of quotations.
Sales and Coordination:
ï· Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.
ï· Follow up with clients on submitted quotes and convert them into purchase
orders.
ï· Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure on -time delivery of
products.
Inventory and Stock Management:
ï· Monitor and maintain minimum stock levels of key products to ensure
uninterrupted supply.
ï· Conduct periodic inventory checks to track stock levels and identify reorder
requirements.
ï· Optimize inventory management to minimize costs while ensuring product
availability.
Procurement and Logistics:
ï· Work closely with suppliers and vendors to procure quality electrical
products at competitive prices.
ï· Oversee logistics to ensure seamless transportation and delivery of goods to
clients.
ï· Handle any supply chain issues or delays effectively.
Market and Product Knowledge:
ï· Stay updated on the latest trends, products, and technologies in the
electrical engineering domain.
ï· Recommend and introduce new products to clients that align with their
business needs.
ï· Provide feedback to the company regarding customer preferences, market
trends, and potential areas for growth.
Documentation and Compliance:
ï· Ensure proper documentation for all RFQs, quotations, purchase orders, and
deliveries.
ï· Maintain accurate records of transactions, inventory, and client interactions.
ï· Comply with industry standards and company policies for procurement and
supply chain management.
Requirements
Qualifications and Skills:
Education:
ï· Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
ï· 5+ years of experience in sales, procurement, or inventory management in
the electrical domain.
ï· Familiarity with system integrators, panel builders, and electrical products
like relays, switchgear, cables, and more.
Skills:
ï· Strong understanding of electrical components, systems, and their
applications.
ï· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain
client relationships.
ï· Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software.
ï· Strong organizational and time management skills.
ï· Negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and clients effectively.
