Responsibilities:

Collaboratewith Human Resource partners and Subject Matter Experts to developand maintain coherent and well-structured documented

Ensure compliance with all internalrecommendations, guidance and best practices regarding process

Assess the audience needs forwhom the process documentation is

Deliver regular reporting and analytics related toknowledge

Gather feedback fromthe users to improve the employee

Research and keep abreast of innovative solutionsrelated to knowledge

What you need tosucceed:

Previous HR experience an

Previous work experience with HR (IS) Systems-WorkDayand

2-3 years experience indocument

Proficiency inMicrosoft

Bilingual in Englishand French (spoken and written) an

Strong grammatical

Strong verbal and written communication

Strong analytical skills and attention to

Ability to write content to attracting theemployees to go into the portal to obtain the necessary informationinstead of diverting them to contact the call

Ability to present complex data in clear,concise
