In this interesting role, you will be responsible to contro the day-to-day running of Service Delivery Department. Ensure the smooth running of operations, the management of the department in relation to safety management, cost control, resource planning and operational change management and reporting. Delivers the best in - class service as outlines by the customer SLAs. Responsible for department performance monitoring and improvements initiatives implementation, including staff performance management and improvement plan. Ensure fleet maintenance programmes are ahered to by coordinating with QACC maintenance services proviers.

Qualifications
High School Qualification / Vocational Qualifcation / Diploma or Equivalent (Type of Diploma Based on Role) with minimum 4 years of job - related experience.
