Service Delivery Engineer

You'll make an impactby:

• Supporting ourcustomers onsite, fault-finding PLC, DCS, HMI, and SCADA systemsusing your technical competence and strong interpersonal skillswhilst providing an exceptional level of customerservice.
• Providing a consistent approach whileworking under your own initiative, with minimal supervision, andoffering our customers the highest levels of servicepossible.
• Understanding the needs of ourcustomers and markets, speaking their language, developingcredibility, dedication, trust, andcommitment.
• Continuously seeking to add valueto the services provided and achieving first-time fixes, leading toreduced breakdown times, lower costs to customers, reduction ininvoice queries, gaining customer satisfaction and retention whilehelping to achieve marketleadership.
