Job Description - Service Sales Consultant UAE

Description: We have an opportunity for aService Sales Consultant in UAE who will be responsible for drivingsales through understanding of the target customer’sbusiness, drivers and organization, and an understanding of thevalue that HBS brings to them. Primary focus will be to sell newrecurring revenue service solutions that help maintain, optimize,and improve building performance to new potential.Responsibilities: Future shaper: Primary customer interfaceresponsible for the development of new business and newrelationships in pursuit of New Recurring revenue Service contractgrowth for HBS. Pursue: Build a qualified sales pipeline of NewService opportunities, from target lists of new end users and useconsultative Selling Dissemination of key messages, initiatives,and of information pertaining to the value HBS brings to targetedNEW customers, Service prospects, and opportunities. Drives Change:Industry and market leader for supporting adoption of NewConnected, Digital, Remote, Cyber and Sustainable Softwareofferings that are differentiators for Honeywell Service Business,and ability to adapt strategy and direction as customer andcompetitive influences require. Relationships: Engage customers atall levels in any organization including executive level decisionmakers; pursue customers from newly installed projects or fromnon-contracted installed base that lead to New Recurring revenue.Engage early in the customer buying process to discover customerneeds HBS can fulfill and/or influence and position Honeywell tomeet customer requirements. Team: Work in Team Environment toBuilds relationships, seeks out ways to engage the full HBS team inpursuits and activities building relationships with all keystakeholders. Networks across other Honeywell business groups toachieve full customer satisfaction with the best internalresources. Requirements: 3 years industry experience in sellingService contracts. Being able to position Opex offering vs Capex,regulatory and risks mitigation services. Able to position strategyfor life-cycle management services. Consultative selling approach.Experience in creating demand, selling entry point offerings in ashort sales cycle leading to further enterprise new ARR. Localmarket knowledge and understanding of opportunity landscape.Technical Acumen Currently in Sales, proactive, strong desire tochallenge self, believer in value of Service Business and can seethey can earn more by being successful focused on selling NewService Contracts. Currently in a Field Service / Operations role,Strong Service experience, growth mindset and comfortable in frontof customers, future thinking by demonstration of high adoption ofdigital and connected technology. Travel: 80% Primarily CustomerFacing Work Remote as needed Driver’s License required#J-18808-Ljbffr
