Job Description - Service Sales Engineer

Identify, qualify, and pursue newsales opportunities within the install base. Work closely with ourproject execution and service teams to strategically position oursolutions and services to existingcustomers.
Build and maintain strongrelationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. Cultivatea network of contacts within the industry, attending relevantconferences, trade shows, and networkingevents.
Understand client needs andrequirements through effective discovery processes. Providetailored sustainability and digital solutions, showcasing the valueand benefits of our solutions and services. Collaborate withtechnical teams to develop comprehensive proposals that meet clientexpectations.
Manage the sales pipelineeffectively, from lead generation to closure. Maintain accurate andup-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, andcustomer interactions using CRMsoftware.
Conduct negotiations with clients,addressing concerns, objections, and contract terms. Close salesdeals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-termpartnerships.
