Job Title: Site Supervisor – Civil

Job Summary:

A Site Supervisor – Civil is responsible for overseeing daily construction activities at the project site, ensuring that all civil works are executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. The role involves coordinating with engineers, contractors, and workers to ensure smooth project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor daily civil construction activities on -site
  
• Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings and specifications
  
• Manage site workers, subcontractors, and vendors
  
• Maintain quality control and ensure adherence to safety standards
  
• Track project progress and report updates to senior engineers or project managers
  
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks within deadlines
  
• Coordinate material requirements and ensure proper usage at site
  
• Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues
  
• Maintain proper documentation and site records
  
• Ensure compliance with local construction regulations and company policies
  
  

Essential Qualifications:

• Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
  
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in civil construction or site supervision
  
• Experience in building, infrastructure, or commercial projects preferred
  
• Gulf experience will be an added advantage
  

Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
  
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints
  
• Good leadership and team management skills
  
• Problem -solving and decision -making ability
  
• Basic knowledge of safety practices and site regulations
