Snr Procurement Officer - Hospitality

1. Manage procurement of food, beverages, operating supplies, equipment, and services for hospitality operations.
   

2. Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices and contracts, and ensure timely delivery.
   

3. Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, engineering, and operations teams to plan purchasing requirements.
   

4. Monitor supplier performance, product quality, and compliance with food safety and storage requirements.
   

5. Maintain purchase orders, track budgets, and coordinate with stores and finance on inventory and payments.
   

Requirements

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
   

2. Minimum five years of procurement experience within hotels, restaurants, or catering operations.
   

3. Strong knowledge of hospitality purchasing, supplier networks, and food and beverage specifications.
   

4. Proficiency in procurement or ERP systems, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Excel.
   

5. Strong negotiation, cost control, communication, and supplier management skills.
