Job Description - Spa Sales Executive

As a Spa Sales Executive, you are responsiblefor greeting and assisting clients to deliver an excellent Guestand Member experience. A Spa Sales Executive will also be requiredto manage customer feedback and be an effective sales person.Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the followingtasks to the highest standards: • Assist guests andvisitors in an appropriate and timely manner • Promoteresort memberships to guests and visitors • Accompanyevery interested party around the Resort, to promote Memberships,ESPA Life and Fitness activities • Actively promoteproducts and services of the Spa • Act as a representativeof all products and services of the hotel and actively promote tospa guests and members • Assist Spa Reception withreservations for treatments • Work as part of the team andassist where and when necessary • Manage guest feedbackeffectively to ensure both challenges and/or compliments areescalated to enable long-term improvements in products and services• Ensure guest experience is proficient includingbookings, payments, and consultation cards • Adhere tocash handling procedures • Interact and communicateeffectively with Members, guests, management and team members• Upsell Spa number and length of treatments, and latestdepartmental incentives • Reach target for membership andupsell spa treatment as per monthly budget • Reportaccidents, maintenance issues, and other incidents •Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations •Attend ESPA life training • Retail ESPA products aftereach treatment, liaise with Spa Therapist on home prescription card• Sell Gift Card • Follow ESPA Life, Forbes andLQA standards • Offer Spa tours to guests and visitors• Maintain confidentiality, regarding all informationabout guests and the business • Report any suspiciousbehavior prior treatment for the safety of the team What are welooking for? To successfully fill this role, you should maintain theattitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow: •Committed to delivering a high level of customer service •Excellent grooming standards It would be advantageous in thisposition for you to demonstrate the following capabilities anddistinctions: • Excellent attention to detail •High standards of cleanliness • Ability to work in aconsistently professional and helpful manner • PreviousSpa experience • 1 or 2 years’ experience insales • Ability to see the opportunity, and act on it tosecure revenue for Spa & Recreation department •Strong selling skills • High level ofcreativity
