Specialist / Consultant Psychiatrist - Private Healthcare Sector

We are currently seeking a Specialist / Consultant Psychiatrist to join the private healthcare sector and provide outstanding psychiatric care.

In this role, you will deliver expert assessment, diagnosis, and management of psychiatric conditions in a private healthcare setting. You will work closely with patients to develop individualized treatment plans, utilizing a range of therapeutic techniques to support mental wellness and recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and assessments of patients
• Diagnose and treat a wide spectrum of mental health disorders
• Develop and implement personalised care plans using psychotherapy, medication management, and other evidence-based treatments
• Provide care with sensitivity and discretion suitable for private healthcare clientele
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care
• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Participate in continuous professional development to stay abreast of the latest advances in psychiatry

• Medical degree (M.D. or equivalent) with Board Certification in Psychiatry
• Completion of accredited Psychiatry residency training
• Proven experience in the private healthcare sector is highly desirable
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosing and managing a broad range of psychiatric disorders
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centred approach
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a private healthcare environment
• Demonstrated capability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams
