Specialist/Consultant Family Medicine

SearchPlus HR is actively looking for a Specialist/Consultant in Family Medicine to join our dynamic team. This role is essential for delivering comprehensive healthcare services to a diverse patient population, focusing on preventative care and the treatment of various health conditions across all age groups.

In this position, you will be responsible for conducting thorough patient evaluations, diagnosing illnesses, formulating treatment plans, and providing ongoing health education to patients and their families. Your expertise will be crucial in fostering a healthy community and ensuring the best possible health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive medical assessments including detailed histories and physical examinations
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic health issues
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patient needs
• Provide preventive care, including immunizations and routine health screenings
• Engage in health promotion and patient education initiatives
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated care

• MD (Doctor of Medicine) or DO (Doctor of Osteopathy) with a specialization in Family Medicine
• Active and valid medical license to practice Family Medicine
• Completion of an accredited residency program in Family Medicine
• Experience in a family medicine or primary care setting
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and health education
• A collaborative approach to working as part of a healthcare team
