Rixos Premium Qetaifan Island North comprises a 345-key hotel, along with a souq encompassing 11,000sqm of leasing space, a beach club, a theme park, and a waterpark. The resort boasts panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf. Rixos plans to provide a platform for showcasing Qatar as a tourism destination. One of the country’s biggest draws will be Qetaifan Island North’s Meryal Waterpark attraction. The Rig 1938 is the world’s highest tower of its kind, reaching 82 metres.

Specialty Waitress (Seasonal)

This role requires extensive menu knowledge, expertise in food and beverage pairings, and the ability to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

• Provide specialized, high-quality service.
• Greet, seat, and engage with guests to create a personalized and memorable dining experience.
• Offer expert knowledge on menu items, including ingredients, preparation techniques, and presentation.
• Deliver orders promptly and ensure food presentation meets restaurant standards.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive yet discreet service.
• Handle VIP and high-profile guests with professionalism and discretion.
• Master themed service techniques.
• Communicate effectively with chefs, bartenders, and other service team to ensure seamless operations.
• Follow safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests with a problem-solving approach.

• Previous experience as a Specialty Waitress in luxury hospitality or beach club operations.
• Strong knowledge of the restaurant’s cuisine, ingredients, and dining customs.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to perform specialty service techniques.
• Well-groomed, professional presentation with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining composure.
• Multilingual skills (Russian language will be an advantage).
