Speech Therapy Technician

On behalf of our client - Premium Solutions Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapy Technician to join our team and support speech-language pathologists in providing high-quality therapy services to clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of speech and language development and be committed to helping individuals improve their communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the implementation of individualized speech therapy plans as directed by a licensed speech-language pathologist.
• Conduct screenings and assessments to identify communication issues in clients.
• Prepare and organize therapy materials and equipment for sessions.
• Document clients' progress and report any significant changes to the supervising therapist.
• Provide support and guidance to clients and their families regarding therapy goals and strategies.
• Maintain a clean and organized therapy environment.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients.

• A degree or certification in Speech Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or a related field.
• Previous experience working in a similar role or setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with speech therapy techniques and interventions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Proficiency in documentation and reporting.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and therapy goals.

• Prior experience in hospitality roles is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
