Sr. OCM Specialist

Job Summary

The Sr. OCM Specialist supports the development and implementation of change management strategies and activities. This role involves conducting change impact analyses, developing communication and training materials, and working closely with stakeholders to facilitate successful change initiatives.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist in developing and implementing
  comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational
  transitions and initiatives.
  
• Conduct change impact analyses to assess
  the effects of changes on various stakeholders and processes.
  
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate
  change management activities into project plans.
  
• Develop and deliver change management
  communications, training programs, and support materials to facilitate smooth
  transitions.
  
• Identify and manage resistance to change by
  developing strategies to address concerns and promote acceptance.
  
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of
  change management activities and make necessary adjustments to ensure success.
  
• Provide coaching and support to leaders and
  managers to help them effectively lead change within their teams.
  
• Conduct readiness assessments to determine
  the organization's preparedness for change and identify areas needing
  additional support.
  
• Create and maintain change management
  documentation, including plans, schedules, and progress reports.
  
• Stay updated with the latest trends and
  best practices in change management and apply them to enhance the
  organization's change capability.
  
• Participate in project planning and
  contribute to the development of project timelines and deliverables.
  
• Prepare reports, documentation, and
  presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
  
• Perform other duties relevant to the job as
  assigned by the Principal OCM Specialist or senior management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business
  Administration, Information Technology, Organizational Development, Human
  Resources, or a related field
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci
  Certified Change Practitioner, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP))
  are preferred
  
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in change
  management, organizational development, or related fields
  
• Experience in supporting large -scale change
  initiatives
  
• Strong project management and
  organizational skills
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal
  skills
  
• Proficiency in change management
  methodologies and tools (e.g., Prosci ADKAR Model)
  
• Strong analytical and problem -solving
  skills
  
• Ability to develop and deliver effective
  training programs and communications
  
• In -depth knowledge of change management
  principles and best practices
  
• Understanding of organizational behavior
  and human dynamics
  
• Familiarity with business processes and
  organizational structures
  
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and
  prioritize effectively
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment
  to delivering high -quality work
  
• Ability to work independently and as part
  of a team
