Diploma or equivalent.
5-7 years relevant experience including at least 3 years in supervisorial responsibilities in a similar role.
To manage every aspect of the day-to-day running of the station to ensure that sales, staff, stock, and resources are operating smoothly and are in alignment with the company's overall standards and guidelines.
Supervision of Subordinates.
Budgets and Plans.
Stations Management, Station Targets, Stations Layout.
Technical Training.
Promotions and Advertising.
Stations Monitoring and Continuous Improvement.
Policies, Systems, Processes and Procedures.
Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
Statements and Reports.
