Job Description - Steward PCD

Operate pot-washing machinery andmaintain a hygienic working environment in accordance with hygieneregulations and company standards
Carry outgeneral cleaning as directed to include sweeping, mopping up,washing up, and emptying of rubbish bins and boxes ensuringplacement in the correct containers
Ensuringthat all kitchen and back of house areas are kept clean and allequipment within the kitchen area is cleaned in accordance with thecleaning schedule
Ensure the correct PPE is inplace and guidelines are adhered to
ObserveHealth, Hygiene and Safety guidelines when handling hazardoussubstances and comply with all aspects of Health and Safetyrequirements
Report any maintenance and, or,hazard issues to the supervisor on duty
Carryout any other reasonable task set by the Hotel'sManagement
