• Assist the Chief Steward in takingcontrol of operational and administrative aspects of the stewardingdepartment
• Responsible for stewardingoperations according to respective shift and in charge of dailyoperations
• Support the Chief Steward to train,evaluate and schedule stewarding colleagues
• Toensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the back of house kitchen andF&B areas as per standards and carry out daily checks oneach shift
• Assist Stewarding colleagues withtheir job functions where needed to ensure optimum cleanliness andservice standards
• Supervise the duties of allstewarding department employees, facilities, operations andcosts
• Supervise the sanitation, cleanliness,hygiene as well as quality level of products andservices
• Ensure Back of House areas aremaintained to the highest cleanliness standards and cleaningschedules are followed and completed
  

Qualifications

• Diploma in food services or culinaryarts
• 2-years’ experience inStewarding Department
• Computer skills to manageinventory count, loss and breakage reportproduction
• HACCP CertificateHolder
• Knowledge of Hygiene and SafetyProcedure
