Sustainability Coordinator - Doha

We are looking for driven and skilled professionals with LEED Accreditation (LEED GA, LEED AP) and/or GSAS Certification (GSAS CGP) to join our vibrant team in Doha, Qatar. This position is perfect for individuals with 3 -7 years of experience in the green building sector, who have a strong passion for sustainability and a desire to expand their knowledge while making a significant impact in the industry. The chosen candidate will engage in diverse projects, offering expertise in LEED and GSAS certification procedures, sustainable design, and building performance.

- Join the back -office team for LEED and
GSAS certification management for various projects.

Collaborate with project teams to ensure sustainability goals are
integrated into project design & construction from inception
through completion.
- Conduct sustainability compliance
assurance, including energy efficiency, site analysis, LCA and water
efficiency calculations.
- Prepare and submit necessary
documentation for LEED and GSAS assigned criteria.
- Stay
abreast of the latest developments in green building standards and
sustainability practices.
- Provide guidance and training to
team members and stakeholders on sustainability and green building
principles.
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
to communicate sustainability strategies and benefits.

Requirements

• University Degree
  in a relevant field (Architectural, MEP, Civil,
  Environmental Engineering,...).
  
• LEED GA, LEED AP accreditation or GSAS CGP
  accreditation (it's OK if you are still preparing for the exam!).
  
• 3 -7 Years of
  experience in implementing green building certification.
  
• Professional communication skills
  in English (and preferably in Arabic).
  
• Residents of Qatar will be preferred if they have NOC.
