We are seeking a Swimming Trainer, who will be an integral part of the school's PE program,teaching school-aged groups water safety and proper swimming techniques, They will work in a private setting, utilizing the school's swimming pools.Responsibilities may include:Instruction:

Providing clear and effective instructions on swimming techniques, strokes, and breathing to beginners as well as advanced swimmers.Safety:

Ensuring the safety of all participants by enforcing pool rules, supervising activities, and being prepared to respond to emergencies such as drowning or injury.Assessment:

Evaluating swimmers' abilities and progress, and providing feedback for improvement.Lesson Planning:

Designing lesson plans tailored to the skill level and goals of the participants, incorporating both skill development and physical conditioning.Demonstration:

Demonstrating proper techniques and drills, and correcting form and technique as needed.Communication:

Communicating effectively with swimmers, parents (if applicable), and colleagues regarding progress, concerns, and scheduling.Equipment Maintenance:

Maintaining swimming equipment such as lane lines, kickboards, and pool toys, and ensuring a clean and safe pool environment.Certification and Training:
