Job Description - Technical Assistant



About the job:


In this interesting role you will be working in our Administration Team.


Some of the responsibilities include:


·        Adherence to quality, health & Safety, Information security and business continuity policies[RC1] .


·        Assist in organizing and coordinating administrative meetings, maintaining schedules, tracking action items, and following up on assigned tasks.


·        Handle and manage confidential administrative documents, data, and reports with high integrity.


·        Draft and edit reports, administrative documents, minutes, and correspondences, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and standardization.


·        Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to gather and share administrative information as required.


·        Monitor and track project progress, deadlines, and deliverables to support the Administration Department.


·        Maintain an up-to-date filing system for administrative documentation to ensure easy accessibility and reference.


·        Coordinate the use of administrative resources, facilities, and equipment to support operational efficiency.


·        Arrange travel, transportation, and accommodation for the Administration Director in line with company policies.


·        Ensure compliance with all relevant organizational policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.


·        Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by the line manager as per business needs.


 


About you:


For you to be successful you will need to have the following:


·        Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Administration, Commerce or Arts with specialization in secretarial work or any other relevant certification is preferred.


·        Minimum 3-4 years of relevant experience in an executive secretary role.


·        Excellent command of English & Arabic languages.


·        Proficient in MS Office tools.
