Technical Assistant Safety & Loss Prevention

Responsibilities:

• Manage, organize, and control all Safety & Loss Prevention documentation as per company and regulatory standards.
  

• Prepare periodic reports and support section activities including scheduling, filing, and record management.
  

• Coordinate effectively with internal departments ensuring accurate information flow and compliance.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or Business Administration with 10+ years of experience in document control, technical, or administrative roles within industrial or utility sectors.
  

• Experience in Safety & Loss Prevention environments and handling large volumes of documentation efficiently.
  

• Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Visio, Power BI, Excel) with strong English/Arabic communication skills.
