Technical Team Lead Core System - Perm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development and implementation of the Python/FastAPI Core System.
• Define the system architecture, coding standards, security controls, and integration approach.
• Allocate tasks and supervise the Backend and Frontend Developers.
• Review source code and ensure its quality, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Coordinate system integration with internal and external platforms.
• Support testing, deployment, data migration, and post-implementation activities.
• Monitor project progress, resolve technical issues, and report implementation risks.
• Maintain proper technical documentation and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in Python, FastAPI, REST APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Experience leading software development teams and implementing enterprise-level systems.
• Knowledge of secure coding, version control, testing, deployment, and DevOps practices.
• Experience in financial, banking, exchange, or remittance systems is preferred.
