Job Description - Telephone Operator

Maintain a warm and friendlydemeanor at all times.
Must be able toeffectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levelof employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous andservice oriented manner.
Must be effective atlistening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised byemployees and guests.
Must be able to multitaskand prioritize departmental functions to meetdeadlines.
Approach all encounters with guestsand employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous andservice-oriented manner.
Attend all hotelrequired meetings and trainings.
Maintainregular attendance in compliance with Wyndham Hotels &Resorts Standards, as required by scheduling, which will varyaccording to the needs of the hotel.
Maintainhigh standards of personal appearance and grooming, which includeswearing the proper uniform and nametag.
Complywith Wyndham Hotels & Resorts Standards and regulations toencourage safe and efficient hoteloperations.
Maximize efforts towardsproductivity, identify problem areas and assist in implementingsolutions.
