Job Summary • First level Customer/supplier interface with regards to negotiations on marketing spendsSolves basic customer problems within prescribed guidelines• Ensuring Customer/ supplier satisfaction andcontributing towards developing Customer loyalty and principalretention programs. • Provides operational support toassigned trade marketing representatives Analysis basic informationto provide decision support on: • Marketing spends• Investment plan by customers • Identifies needsand improvement opportunity • Provides recommendation ofinnovative solutions to next level in order to facilitate change orimprovement at a process level, such as • Consumerpromotions • Promo packaging • Responsible fortracking of job orders • Responsible for the listing ofpromos • Works towards achieving own set objectivesRequirements • Minimum a University Degree holder is amust • 2 years of experience in marketing and salesmanagement. • 2 years of background on FMCG business witha distributor
