Training Officer - 12 Months Contract

Job Description:

Responsible for implementing and promoting training programs for staff in the organization to enhance talent in line with organizational strategies and business objectives

Main Responsibilities:

• Determine the training needs of the institution in cooperation with other departments.
• Preparing a plan to organize training activities, follow-up and update them on the calendar.
• Preparing the annual budget for training and development based on the specific needs of the institution.
• Preparing an appropriate induction program to qualify the new employees in the company.
• Support external liaison with providers of training solutions and resources.
• Address all travel and accommodation requirements related to the training.
• Assists in carrying out training courses, workshops or seminars, whether inside or outside the company.
• Ensure that the effectiveness of training programs is tracked and any changes implemented if necessary.
• Ensure that the employees fill out the evaluation form for the training courses and workshops they participate in, to ensure the extent to which they benefit from them for the purposes of improving development and training activities.
• Preparing the annual staff appraisal report.
• Maintains records of all courses and workshops.
• Train The Department on the best training tools, methodologies and approaches. ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively deliver training programs.
• Give guidance to the team and share expertise.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or any related field.
• 7+ years of relevant experience.
• Obtaining relevant professional certificates such as PHRi is an advantage.
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Male, native Arabic
