Underwriting Team Leader - 12 Months contract - Extendable

• Ensure compliance with underwriting policies and regulatory standards.
• Supervise documentation, filing systems, and follow-up mechanisms with partners.
• Oversee post-underwriting processes, client communication, and agreement preparation.
• Lead customer relationship and grievance resolution initiatives.
• Manage enrolment processes data entry, card printing, and dispatch.
• Coordinate with external entities such as insurance companies and vendors.
• Mentor and develop the underwriting team for continuous growth and performance improvement.

Requirements:

• Must have Bachelors Degree preferably in insurance or Finance.
• Minimum experience required is 3 5 years within insurance preferably medical insurance
