Responsibilities:
- Respondingto client queries via phone, email, andchat
- Technicalproblem solving by building systems to facilitate businessprocess
- Assisting insalespresentations
- Participatingin clientmeetings
- Performing avariety of tasks for clients, such as troubleshooting technicalissues, providing training on our products, and ensuring clientsatisfaction
- Collaboratingwith our team to improve customer service processes andstrategies
