We have an urgent requirement for Head of Service Delivery for our client in Doha,Qatar JOB DE ION FOR HEAD OF SERVICE DELIVERY We are looking for a suitable candidate with strong communication skills, and a good understanding of the B2B IT services industry.
The Head of Service Delivery will work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and will also work with other verticals such as project management, software development, commercials and delivery & support. S/he will also liaise with the Company's external strategic partners.
The Head of Service Delivery will be responsible for the management of implementation (including data migration) and ongoing service delivery associated with the company's platform, and to ensure that all contractual and quality key performance indicators and milestones are achieved on time and within budget.
Job responsibilities Provide leadership and management to client delivery teams and ensuring that a high quality of service is delivered
Maintain oversight / management over the delivery of company's platform at all clients and ensure the achievement of all contractual SLAs and quality KPIs, both during and after implementation
Proactive line management the Delivery Teams, including team and individual learning and development
Identify gaps within internal and external delivery and agree remedial action
Promote performance management to drive continuous improvement throughout internal and external delivery.
Work alongside the business development team to develop and test solutions to improve operational performance.
Skills required Bachelor's or master's degree
Ability to demonstrate success in managing budgets with real achievement in meeting or exceeding targets
Excellent IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office software
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to motivate and support
Solution-oriented analytical skills
Requirements Experience in successfully managing target driven services and teams within a high performance culture
Operational management experience of B2B IT services contracts or similar, delivered through geographically spread and diverse teams
Experience in establishing and maintaining productive relationships with partners and stakeholders
10+ years overall experience in IT industry
Knowledge of / Experience in the insurance industry is a plus
Experience of working with global clients
