POSITION: VIDEOGRAPHER & PHOTOGRAPHER - EDITOR

WORK PLACE: BASED IN DOHA, QATAR 

FOR IMMEDIATE HIRING ***

Responsibilities

• Planning, shooting and editing high-quality video and photo content across multiple concurrent projects and client accounts.


• Producing content for social media, events, corporate communications and client campaigns, formatted for platform-specific requirements (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).


• Managing the full production process from planning and shooting through to color correction, grading, sound design and final delivery.


• Editing interviews, event coverage, promotional videos and short-form content.


• Developing motion graphics, subtitles, lower thirds and visual effects using After Effects.


• Covering events, press activities and stakeholder engagements, including corporate headshots and on-site photography.


• Contributing creative input on how content is shot and told, not just executing briefs.


• Managing, organizing and maintaining production equipment, footage, project files and backups.


• Handling audio cleanup, music selection and voice-over syncing across projects.


• Using generative AI tools to support and enhance content production workflows.

Minimum Qualifications and Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in videography, photography and editing (agency, in-house or freelance)


• Proven portfolio of social content and commercial work, not narrative or cinema production


• Strong skills with mirrorless camera systems, lighting and on-location shooting


• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; color correction and grading experience required


• Solid audio editing and sound design skills


• Familiarity with generative AI tools for image, video or audio production


• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously


• Able to think through creative, technical and logistical challenges independently


• Arabic speaker, fluent in English


• Portfolio required with application (most important)
