Job Description - Waiter

Responsible to Head Waiter /Waitress, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, OutletManager.
Report to duty punctually wearing thecorrect uniform, clean and well pressed including appropriate shoes(polished) and nametag at all times according to the hotels dresscode & Kempinski grooming standards, maintaining a highstandard of personal appearance and hygiene at alltimes.
A courteous, professional and efficientservice is provided at all times.
All dutiesand tasks are performed as per the tasks required at theoutlet.
Be knowledgeable of all services andproducts offered by the hotel.
Have a thoroughknowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items offeredby the department assigned.
Have the knowledgeand understanding to explain and perform upselling all itemsoffered by the department assigned as well as offeringalternatives.
Monitor operating supplies,equipment and reduce spoilage and wastagesuccessfully.
