Whatyou will be doing:

• Provides a friendly and personalisedwelcome for guests
• Offers attentive service andadapts to any constraints guests may have
• Heedsany remarks made by guests and ensuresfollow-up
• Establishes good relations withguests, offering advice and fostering customerloyalty
• Prepares the point of sale andpreparation areas
• Welcomes guests and provideswaiter service
• Cleans and tidies the restaurantand preparation areas after closing
• Beforeevery work shift, finds out about dish composition and anyshortages
• Organises his/her work to suitfluctuations in numbers, events andguests
• Ensures the equipment used remains ingood condition
• Is attentive to and respectsguests' needs
• Helps increase customerloyalty through quality of service
• Conveys anattitude in tune with the brand, contributing to the friendlyatmosphere of the restaurant and diningrooms
• Recommends and promotes the F&Band bar offers. In a wider context, is familiar with thehotel's services and latestoffers
• Takes part in meeting thedepartment's targets by respecting the procedures andinternal audits applicable in the hotel
• Helpsmanage crockery and appliances by avoidingbreakages
• May be asked to help withinventories
• Ensures that the workplace remainsclean and tidy and the safety of consumable goods by alwaysrespecting HACCP regulations
• Respects theinstructions and safety guidelines for the equipmentused
• Applies the hotel's securityregulations (in case of fire etc)
• Respects thehotel's commitments to the "EnvironmentCharter" (saving energy, recycling, sorting wasteetc)
  

Qualifications

Yourexperience and skills include:

• Good command of written and spokenEnglish communication skills, along with strong interpersonal andproblem solving abilities are essentials.
