Waiters

We are currently seekingenthusiastic and customerfocused individuals to join our team asWaiters/Waitresses. As a waiter/waitress you will play a key rolein providing exceptional dining experiences to ourguests.

Responsibilities:

1. Greetingand Seating Guests: Welcome guests as they arrive escort them totheir tables and provide them with menus. Assist in seatingarrangements to optimize table turnover and guestsatisfaction.
   

2. TakingOrders: Present menus answer questions about menu items and takefood and beverage orders from guests. Ensure accuracy inordertaking and promptly relay orders to the kitchen and barstaff.
   

3. ServingFood and Beverages: Deliver food and beverages to guests tables ina timely manner ensuring presentation and temperature standards aremet. Accommodate special requests and dietary restrictions asnecessary.
   

4. Upsellingand Recommendations: Promote additional menu items specials orbeverages to enhance guests dining experience and increase sales.Provide recommendations and suggestive selling based on guestspreferences andinquiries.
   

5. CheckBacks: Periodically check back with guests to ensure satisfactionwith their meals and address any concerns or requests promptly.Refill beverages and offer additional assistance asneeded.
   

6. PaymentProcessing: Present bills to guests process payments accurately andhandle cash and credit card transactions following establishedprocedures. Thank guests for their patronage and invite them toreturn.
   

7. Cleanlinessand Setup: Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining areaincluding clearing tables resetting tables for new guests andensuring proper sanitation standards areupheld.
   

8. Teamwork:Collaborate with fellow team members including kitchen staffhost/hostesses and management to ensure smooth operations andexceptional guest service. Assist with other tasks as needed duringbusyperiods.
