NIA Smash was founded in August 2020 andwill have it's first Year 12 cohort from August 2023. NIASmash is seeking creative and dynamic teachers of the highestquality to join our successful team. Applicants should possess acommitment to helping children achieve high academic standards in alively and engaging manner, whilst integrating differentiation anda range of learning styles into their daily practice. Applicantsshould: Be qualified teachers, ideally with 2 years’experience in a similar SEN role. Possess a creative andenthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom. Presentexcellent IT and interpersonal communication skills in order towork collaboratively with staff, students and Parents. Have studiedfull time and produce degree transcripts from the university theyattended.
