Responsible for developing sales tactics to accomplish zonal growth targets in accordance with the overall business growth ambitions. Delivery of zone-specific sales targets for post-paid, prepaid, and home products. Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining sales plans for his respective zones in accordance with the overall sales strategy. Locating business opportunities inside the zone and transforming them into measurable outcomes. Conduct regular performance evaluations and guide teams in their efforts to enhance the business. Designing and implementing of team’s incentive structures to drive productivity & performance. Ensure that the sales force has received training in sales techniques, people skills, administration, product knowledge, and policy/procedures. Analyzing the current marketplace and providing important market feedback and competitive information to respective leadership. Responsible for the profit and loss of the zone (from the company’s point of view) as well as the profitability of the partner at the zone level.Skills
