Corporate Training Executive

This individually contributing role provides operational support on all training activities in addition to designing and delivering training programs in line with the established Learning needs of the Holding.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Teaching/Training/Psychology or Social Science
• Certificate in Training and Development and/or Train the Trainers certificate
• 2 to 4 years of relevant work experience, including training process coordination and delivery
• Experience in facilitating retail sales and customer service training
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge in MS Office primarily Power Point, Word and Excel
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with colleagues from different cultures and levels
• Able to source, analyze, and report on training data
• Valid Qatar License will be a plus
