Responsibilities
• Assess the needs of walk-in clientele within the showroom. • Provide expert knowledge of Natuzzi's products and elevated design services. • Create and offer customized home solutions using in-house design tools. • Engage in the end-to-end design process, from initial customer contact to final sale and delivery. • Collaborate with customers to understand their design preferences, needs, and requirements. • Develop and present design concepts and ideas. • Offer expert guidance on product selection, including furniture, accessories, and decor. • Create and present mood boards, sketches, and design plans to clients. • Prepare detailed drawings, renderings, and specifications for customers. • Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring our showroom reflects the latest trends and product.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an interior designer, preferably in high-end furniture or luxury retail. • Proficiency in design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools. • Strong knowledge of colour theory, textiles, lighting, and spatial arrangements. • Exceptional creativity and an eye for detail, with a passion for design and aesthetics. • Ability to multitask and manage multiple design projects simultaneously. • Familiarity with luxury furniture brands and products. • A customer-focused and solutions-driven approach to design. • Having a refined and professional presence that aligned with the high-end standards of the showroom. • Highly organized and detail oriented. • Strong collaborative and relationship-building skills.
