Data Analyst New Product Introduction Team

Title: Retail Industry Focused PM & Technical Lead - Remote for the HR Department of Global Company

Location: Beaverton, OR

More details from the client just in today:

• Candidate should Ideally have worked in workforce management or HR related solutions (Workday or Peoplesoft preferable)
  
• Want someone who has been in role of Technical Lead/Solution Architect role (not pre-sales)
  
• Want them to be in West Coast . (MST or PST time zones)
  
• Someone who worked in Retail and in a large organization (mandatory)
  

What the person would do Day to day :

• Looking for a PM/Tech Lead with 8-10 years experience and has managed multiple projects and knows workflow mgmt and working with the business
• Work on multiple Key initiatives for the team
  
• Work starts with preparing RFP questions and making sure the responses meet client standards. Putting together report for making sure vendor selection is done.
  
• Collaborate for integration, architecture, client engineering team putting together integration designs, solution options for specific use cases.
  
• Solution design creation, capturing business needs.
  
• Visualization through architecture diagrams and documentation is required, cross functional (HR, finance, retail, tech)
  
• Engaging architects from other domains and eng team
  
• Communication with business to ensure best decisions are made.
  
• Working with Privacy components, etc. for a given solution, etc.
  
• Security standards understanding and flush out risks if required.
