Job Summary
Responsible for guiding sales representatives and ensuring that sales targets are met, generating leads, managing key accounts and preparing monthly sales report.
Job Responsibilities 1
Trains store staff by reviewing and revising orientation to products and sales training materials.
Maintains inventory by checking merchandise to determine inventory levels and anticipating customer demand.
Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Mentor team members and teach improved processes in order to enhance staff accomplishments.
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
Meet sales revenue targets by developing and implementing new product training.
Job Responsibilities 2
Evaluates competition by visiting competing stores; gathering information such as style, quality, and prices of competitive merchandise.
Promotes sales by demonstrating merchandise and products to customers.
Prepares sales and customer relations reports by analyzing and categorizing sales information, identifying and investigating customer complaints and service suggestions.
Display products as per brands guidelines.
