Job Description - Parts Sales Executive


  1. Maintain direct contacts with Key Accounts to discuss general inquiries or issues related to the parts industry and their business.

  2. Provide quotations and estimates within the time frame

  3. Keeping accurate records of discussions or correspondence with these key customers.

  4. Ensure sales of spare parts and attachments to customers.

  5. Handling customers phone, fax and email enquiries while based in the sales office with full accuracy as much as possible.

  6. Attend to customers when counter is busy or in the absence of counter staff.

  7. Diplomatically handle customers’ complaints in a friendly, pleasing and personal manner.

  8. Perform other duties as assigned by the inline supervisor/Manager.

  9. Ensure proper and accurate filing of parts related documentation.
